The idea

FuSenseRing makes frequent blood-pressure measurement possible in a compact ring without relying on PPG alone. Its hardware and modeling stack are designed together to handle two persistent sources of real-world error: temperature change and inconsistent contact pressure.

The technical core

A custom flexible PCB combines PPG, ECG, temperature, and force sensors. Temperature-Adaptive Attention uses the current thermal context to rebalance PPG and ECG features, while transfer learning provides efficient personalization from a small calibration set.

Why it matters

The platform is open source and designed for reproducibility, giving wearable-health researchers a practical foundation for studying cuffless blood-pressure sensing beyond controlled laboratory conditions.
